About:
Our client currently has 12 employees – with 5 advisers, 2 protection specialists & 3 client relationship managers. They are actively seeking someone with around two-three years’ experience in the industry – preferably with some commercial experience but this isn’t essential.
The successful candidate will be paid circa £26-30k per annum as a basic salary – if they validate this in 6 months, and would consider an increase on basic salary.
Other key information:
- Full In House Admin Support
- You would be able to provide leads (around 15 a month) but would expect self-generation / referrals as well as their main source of generation
- Commission: Basic salary must be validated first
- OTE for an employed advisor is around £65,000 p.a.
- Office based: Monday – Friday (9:30am – 6pm)
