Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Counter Sales and Customer Service Advisor for our established client based on Hortonwood, Telford.
This is a temporary to permanent position paying £10.42/ph (from 1st April) when permanent this will go up to £26k/PA
As a Counter Sales Advisor you will be confident in using in-store systems and working to processes, communicate well and take down information accurately as well as being proficient with Excel and Outlook.
• Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00
• Competitive salary and generous holiday entitlement.
• Answering telephone, dealing with customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders etc
• Pick and pack sales orders or branch transfers.
• Serve on the trade counter.
• Goods in and good out when required.
• Grow and maintain customer relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service
