We have an exciting opportunity to gain fulltime permanent employment with one of the countries lead suppliers in their field. Based on Hortonwood, in Telford, this temporary to permanent Packer position offers a pay rate of £9.50 per hour, with a bonus structure that offers impeccable potential earnings. A Packer is required to work a continental shift pattern of ‘4 on 4 off’, consisting of 2 days (07:00 – 19:00), 2 nights (19:00 – 07:00) and then 4 days off.
Responsibilities of a Packer:
- Completing in house training
- Checking products for any damage or faults
- Packing finished products
- Palletising and wrapping products
- Lifting products to a significant weight
Requirements of a Packer:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- An eye for detail
- Experience in this type of role will be advantageous
