What you will be doing as a Service Advisor:

• Providing an exceptional customer experience at all times in person, via email and over the phone
• Optimising diary management of workshop plan
• Keeping customers up to date on the progress of their vehicle and gaining approval for works where required
• Working as part of a team to maintain a professional brand image at all times

What our client is looking for in a Service Advisor:

• Motivated to 'go the extra mile' for customers
• Problem solver with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
• Experience working as a Service Advisor desirable
• Full, Clean driving licence
