Major Recruitment are looking to hire General Operatives for our client based in Burnaston DE65
Pay + Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Days and Afternoons £10-£11 per hour
- Overtime: x1.25 / x1.5 / x2
- Duration: 39 Hour Week
- 30 min break deducted
- 10 + 15 min paid break
Job Requirements:
- Loading the bailers and compactor
- Sorting out clean waste materials (Plastics, Metals, Cardboard etc)
- Trained on Tow Motor
- Manual Work / Labour
- Driving Licence or transport is required as there are no bus routes nearby
- 2 hours overtime may be required on any shift if needed so much be flexible to work this
- Complete Site induction then shift on day 1
Candidate Requirements:
- Driving Licence
- Presentable Look
- FLT Licence is an advantage but not essential
- Need a good standard of verbal and written English to be able to understand and follow instructions
- Safety boots and Hi vis
