Product Marketing Specialist – Band, Orchestral & Drums

Location: London - Hybrid 
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Working Pattern: Hybrid, with UK & Ireland travel

We are hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to join our clients UK Marketing Team. This is a varied and exciting role covering Band & Orchestral instruments – including brass, woodwind, strings, orchestral percussion and drums – across both acoustic and electronic products.

You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies that support product growth, sales objectives and brand messaging across the UK and Ireland.

The Role

As Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activity across your product categories, working closely with the sales team, dealer network, artists and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with wider European strategy.
  • Support sales growth across relevant market sectors through targeted marketing campaigns and clear calls to action.
  • Plan, control and report on UK marketing, promotional and dealer activity budgets.
  • Manage demo and loan stock budgets.
  • Lead product launches across the dealer sales channel, ensuring sales and marketing activity is aligned.
  • Work closely with the UK dealer network to maximise marketing activity and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to monitor activity, performance and ROI across the dealer network.
  • Support dealers in maximising their e-commerce channels through training, market analysis and targeted development.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and help ensure consistent brand messaging across the customer journey.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other internal teams in the UK and European headquarters.
  • Develop relationships with the company's UK Artist Roster, including artist requests, instrument placements, promotional opportunities and brand presence.
  • Provide product training and in-depth product knowledge to internal and external teams.
  • Monitor the UK market and competitor activity, identifying trends, opportunities and changes within the sector.
  • Create marketing assets when required, ensuring all activity follows brand and visual identity guidelines.
  • Attend relevant instrument selections, concerts, competitions, festivals and industry events.
  • Report regularly on marketing, dealer, artist and promotional activity to the UK team and European headquarters.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised and confident building relationships across a varied stakeholder group.

You may already have experience in:

You'll ideally have a genuine interest in band, orchestral or drum products and be comfortable developing your product knowledge across multiple categories.

  • Confident building relationships with dealers, artists and internal teams
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing budgets and reporting on ROI
  • Confident presenting and delivering product training

  • Comfortable travelling across the UK and Ireland
  • Able to work collaboratively with both UK and European teams
  • Passionate about products, brands and the music industry
