Customer Service & Sales Advisor

• Location: Bradford, BD3
• Salary: £24,735 basic + uncapped bonus
• Hours: Mon–Thurs 9am–5:30pm | Fri 10am–4pm
• Contract: Full-time, permanent
• Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + option to buy/sell 5 days + additional leave for international holidays
• Hybrid working – following completion of probation period

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to inbound calls and warm leads from customers who’ve requested a call via the website (dealing with the renewal process for an insurance policy)
• Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution
• Handling queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring every interaction is a positive one
• Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, delivering a first-class experience

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, contact centre, sales, or a similar environment, or a recent graduate eager to kick-start their career.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A friendly, empathetic, and professional approach, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
