• £26,300 basic salary
• Bonus / Commission - additional £4200 - £8400 per annum (bonus paid quarterly)
• Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

Our client, a well‑established and growing business based in Knowsley, is seeking a Trainee Sales Advisor to join their Head Office team. This is a warm sales role working exclusively with an existing customer base - no cold calling involved.

You’ll receive structured support, ongoing training, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will:

• Represent the company by promoting and selling products and services to existing customers via inbound and outbound calls and email
• Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up on warm leads
• Build strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service and commercial support
• Prepare customer quotations, negotiate pricing, and identify customer needs
• Open and manage new spending accounts
• Work closely with internal teams to support business growth and achieve targets
