Our Client is a prestigious Asset Finance Funder and following a significant increase in demand, they have created a new position for a Head of Stocking to support the stocking business opportunities generated by their ‘hard asset’ sales teams.
This role will have continual contact with both internal and external customers therefore the ability to build relationships and prioritise work will be key to your success as will the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding whilst maintaining a clear focus on the objective
As well as Sales, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the stocking system for the Agriculture and other ‘hard asset’ teams. It is key that you communicate clearly with local sales in terms of dealer stocking progress, utilisation and performance. Regular communication with vendors and dealers is essential to ensure that processes run smoothly
It is likely and preferable for the successful candidate to have a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Stocking position within the leasing/finance industry. Experience managing a team is also desirable as well as exposure to Dealers and Manufacturers
