Major Recruitment Limited are looking for numerous Production Operators to join a very well established company based in the heart of Letchworth Garden City. We are searching for proactive and hard working individuals to join a busy production facility where a keen eye for detail is essential. This company was voted in the top 100 companies to work for in the UK, all breaks are paid and there is huge progression opportunities within the business.

While working in production the key role will be preparing machines for specific products and then to be produced in a safe and timely manner meeting customer standards.

The pay rate is £11.78 per hour and once trained overtime will be given depending on client demand.

Your main reponsibilities within Production will be:

• Fully operating a coating line.
• Weighing of materials to product specification.
• Mixing and dispensing of colours.
• Movement of stock from the line into a trolley.
• Booking in raw materials.
• Upkeep of cleanliness of production line.

Rotating shift on double days-

• Monday to Thursday 0700-1500 and Friday 0600-1400
• Monday to Thursday 1500-2300 and Friday 1400-2100
