As a Facilities Works Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless execution of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across our the end-client's facilities. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including maintenance technicians, supervisors, and the client, to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and that works are completed within set deadlines.

Package:

  • Competitive salary between £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

  • Core hours Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling reactive and planned maintenance works according to priority 
  • Making sure to allocate the correct engineers according to priority, location and customer demands 
  • Continuously monitoring the progress of the works carried out until completion
  • Liaising with internal and external customers and clients 
  • Key point of contact for all engineers and managers

Your experience:

  • Previous experience in facilities management, scheduling, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and clients
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and unexpected disruptions
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgency's.
