Our client is a prestigious international professional services firm with a strong commitment to excellence, diversity, and a collaborative work environment. They are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Front Office Coordinator / Administrative Support to join their Hong Kong office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Reception Duties:

    • Warmly greet and assist visitors in a polished and professional manner.

    • Manage incoming calls, mail, couriers, and internal correspondence.

    • Oversee conference room bookings and ensure seamless meeting transitions.

    • Liaise with external vendors for office services (e.g., printing, binding, transportation).

    • Provide event support, including pre-event coordination and on-site assistance when needed.

  • Office Operations Support:

    • Assist in maintaining office facilities and ensuring smooth daily operations.

    • Help coordinate logistics for visiting colleagues, including travel arrangements, dining reservations, and office access.

    • Support HR and other teams with administrative tasks, including document updates and system maintenance.

    • Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of client-facing or office support experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin fluency is a plus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Full-time onsite availability with occasional overtime as needed.
