The Role:

  • You will be on the front line of the business, speaking to a variety of customers including internal and external.
  • Dealing with requests and updating the company system or forwarding onto the correct department.
  • Follow end of contract contact strategy, ensuring each contact is tailored to that particular customer, advising of their available options and having a customer first approach.
  • Self-manage end of contract and loans, ensuring the customer is contacted within the agreed SLA, providing a tailored experience for the customer and manage the customers' expectations.
  • Self-manage all Non-Toyota & Lexus loans from initial contact to the pay-out and activation of the agreement
  • Liaise with third party Centres to ensure customers' expectations are met.
  • Establish an extremely good working relationship with New Business and Customer Experience.
  • Manage ongoing relationship with external and internal customers.
  • Actively reviewing current processes looking at ways the company can improve, engage in the exchange of "best practice" within the team.
  • Using the company system, you will accurately input new data and follow processes to make sure time critical actions are completed when necessary.
