As a valued member of the well-established multi-disciplinary team at Thornford Park Hospital, you will play a critical role in being responsible for the delivery of outstanding care to our service users.
You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
We are looking for experienced RMNs, RGNs and RNLDs with motivation and drive along with excellent team working skills, who enjoy variety and purpose in their role.
You will need to be able to work well under pressure and to rise to any challenge. This is a busy and diverse role with new challenges every day.

About Thornford Park Hospital
Thornford Park Hospital is a 119 bed mental health hospital for male adults with 10 wards spanning the full recovery pathway. This include Acute medium secure wards, low secure and PICU wards. There is also a regional ASD ward.
It is located in Thatcham, Berkshire, surrounded by a stunning forest, and is easy to access from surrounding towns.
