Industrial Labourers – Maintenance Shutdown

Port Talbot | Temporary | Full-Time  | 12-hour Shifts  | 7am - 7pm

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Industrial Labourers for a maintenance shutdown at a site in Port Talbot. This is a short-term opportunity with long-term prospects for reliable candidates.

Shutdown Schedule

• Training Day: Friday 17th July (8 hours, time to be confirmed)
• First Shift: Monday 20th July (12 hours, 7am-7pm) through to...
• Final Shift: Wednesday 29th July (including previous weekend)

Requirements

• Experience in an industrial environment is desirable but not essential
• CCNSG Site Safety Passport desirable or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness to undergo a substance abuse test
• Driving licence advantageous but not essential

Duties and Responsibilities

• General labouring / industrial cleaning
• Manual handling and shovelling heavy material
• Observing health and safety regulations at all times
• Reporting incidents or near misses to the relevant parties

Hourly Pay

• £12.71 - first 8 hours of every shift
• £19.07 - Weekday Overtime & Saturday
• £25.42 - Sunday
