Our client is a leading UK-based online auction company, known for its vibrant, innovative approach and commitment to delivering an outstanding service. They are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Services Associate to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be:

• Experienced in customer service (ideally within a SaaS or technology-led environment)

Position Summary:

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service. A significant part of this role involves training clients on how to use internal systems and breaking down complex technical processes into simple, easy-to-understand guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond efficiently to client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Train and support clients in using company systems and platforms
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear, user-friendly guidance
• Maintain and update client records using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and reporting
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues promptly and effectively
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the client experience

Role Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
• Experience within a SaaS or technology-led environment is highly desirable
• Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
