Regulatory Affairs Manager
(Permanent position CDI)
Your mission
You will be implementing and monitoring the environmental strategy that promote sustainable development.
Your responsibilities
- You will coordinate the environmental regulatory monitoring and sustainability strategy of the Perfume business unit.
- You will guarantee the compliance of new and existing products with international environmental regulations, specifically those relating:
- To packaging conception (e.g. excessive packaging regulations, sorting instructions labelling)
- To biodiversity protection (e.g. Nagoya protocol, ABS regulations)
- You will manage action plans to meet the legal requirements
- You are accountable for the data relating to the natural/natural-derived ingredients (country of harvest, sourcing, traceability, manufacturing process…)
- You are accountable for review the accuracy and veracity of the communication’s elements describing our fragrances (e.g. olfactive pyramid, ingredients descriptions)
- You will support the client information client
Your profile
- University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environment
- At least 3 years of regulatory affairs experience ideally in fine perfumery or cosmetics industry
- You have an experience of international environmental regulatory and a sound knowledge of fragrance ingredients
- Knowledge of sustainability and legislations
- Fluent in French and English
