Food Production Operative
4 days on 4 days off
7pm – 7am - £12.50ph
this will include weekend working
We require flexible and adaptable Food Production Operatives
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and/ or product direction for proper food preparation.
- Ensure that product quality and presentation always meets company standards.
- Maintain quality and productivity at a high standard.
- Measuring and weighing all ingredients.
- Mixing ingredients.
- Attention to detail when checking products for any defects or defaults.
- Perform visual quality checks as well as using an automated system for quality control.
A successful candidate will have:
- Experience in food production, mixing and weighing ingredients or the equivalent is preferred.
- Good team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work in a busy work environment and work well under pressure.
- Be able to prioritise workload.
- Keen eye for detail.

no make-up, no jewellery, no false eye lashes, no false nails or polished nails will be allowed during shifts
this is a hot and humid environment
you will need to be able to lift up to 25kgs to transfer ingredients to lifting equipment
working in full PPE to include lab coat, hair net, face mask
