Job duties:
- Regional Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of multi-market marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, and digital channels throughout North and Southeast Asia.
- Strategic Partner Management: Act as the primary in-region contact for regional distributors and a major strategic retail partner, aligning on annual trade plans and joint contractual commitments.
- Campaign Localization: Adapt global brand assets and marketing strategies to fit highly diverse Asian markets, balancing regional brand consistency with local consumer relevance.
- Retail & Merchandising Governance: Oversee brand compliance and drive impactful in-store presence by developing specialized merchandising solutions, such as "store-in-store" branded bays.
- Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze consumer data, and manage marketing budgets to deliver clear performance reporting and optimization recommendations to regional leadership.
Candidate profile:
- Regional & Industry Expertise: Proven track record in marketing management across multiple Asian markets (specifically North and Southeast Asia) within consumer retail, FMCG, health & wellness, or beauty sectors.
- Partner & Stakeholder Management: Extensive experience collaborating with international franchise partners, corporate retailers, and distributors, utilizing strong cross-cultural communication skills to drive joint trade plans.
- Omnichannel & Retail Proficiency: Strong expertise in brick-and-mortar retail marketing, operations, and specialized in-store merchandising (e.g., store-in-store branded displays) alongside global brand launches.
- Digital & E-Commerce Savvy: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, content development, and multi-channel e-commerce campaign execution.
- Campaign Localization: Expert ability to adapt global brand campaigns into culturally relevant, localized regional strategies across diverse markets while strictly maintaining brand consistency and governance.
- Project & Data Management: Strong project management and execution skills, with a data-driven mindset to manage agency partners, oversee regional budgets, track campaign KPIs, and deliver insights to leadership.
