Sales Manager (FMCG - Beverage) (A027297) Hong Kong

Salary: HKD40000 - HKD50000 per month + plus bonus and incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop annual commercial building blocks and sales plans to achieve distribution and merchandising targets.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and monitor market trends and competitor activities to deliver actionable performance insights.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to assigned market segments
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute promotional initiatives, ensuring all agreements are managed, reviewed, and renewed according to targeted timeline
  • Operational Excellence: Maximize product display quality and brand visibility while managing product pricing to protect margins

 

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Bachelor’s Degree holder with 5+ years of relevant experience in the trading field (beverage or FMCG experience preferred).
  • Industry Advantage: Prior experience managing traditional F&B outlets is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Skills: Strong numeric sense, advanced analytical capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Mindset: Dynamic, outgoing, and self-motivated with the initiative to drive results; must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate clients' active hours
