Key Responsibilities

  • Account Expansion & Cross-Selling: Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities within existing global hotel groups to maximize category penetration and share of wallet.
  • Supply Chain Solutions: Propose, structure, and negotiate commercial agreements for integrated hospitality supply chain and procurement programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted, long-term relationships with global account stakeholders across brand, procurement, supply chain, operations, and development teams.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner internally with supply chain, product, customer service, and finance teams to execute seamless regional program rollouts.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline analytics, and growth forecasting to consistently meet margin and revenue benchmarks.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of successful regional sales or business development experience within hotel supply chain, procurement, or hotel operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or International Business.
  • Track Record: Proven success in cross-selling consumables, OS&E, or supply chain services to corporate accounts and multi-property hospitality groups.
  • Skills: Expert consultative selling, negotiation, and account planning abilities, with proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Communication & Mobility: Excellent English communication skills. Willingness to travel approximately 25% across the APAC region for quarterly business reviews and client engagement.
