Customer Service Representative - Distribution (CUSTO14171) London, Canada

Salary: CAD17 - CAD17 per hour

We are searching for a customer service oriented individual to join our clients team for a 4 month contract working part time hours. Our client is a leading integrated freight, package and logistics solutions provider.

Work hours will fall between Monday to Friday 8am-9pm however candidates should be prepared to work mainly afternoon hours (2pm-9pm). 

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for: Contact and account maintenance of all customers, dealing with any questions or complaints, and providing solutions.

Other duties:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls/utilizing technology to manage volume
  • Provide assistance to courier drivers when required
  • Place customer orders/cancel.
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Qualified candidates with meet the following requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Clean criminal record
