This is a unique opportunity to join a market leader in their global headquarters in Sydney. We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Operations Manager to join this ASX-listed business. This is a newly created role to drive the evolution and development of every aspect of Sales Admin/Operations, your team is responsible for processing orders, invoicing clients, and processing shipments to a global customer base. This business has a unique tech offering (software & hardware) and is recognized and sold globally.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and management of the Sales Operations Team
• Partner with sales teams to enable sales team productivity
• Own business decisions for Salesforce including working with cross-functional team owners for Salesforce and Netsuite to ensure seamless integration
• Supports sales reporting framework design and maintenance by working alongside Sales and Finance leaders to define quarterly objectives, standardise business reporting, and create dashboards for executives
• Lead business improvement activities to increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools where feasible removing as much manual handling as possible
• Monitor, manage and resolve customer issues if they occur and act as a customer advocate across the organization.
• Work with Finance to resolve credit management issues

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Sales Operations within a global organization
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and coaching skills
• Experience working within a high volume, high complexity manufacturing environment
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and Netsuite
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute new processes and business operations
• Self-motivated with a desire to solve problems and deliver well-designed solutions
• You can make informed decisions and provide recommended approaches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
