Bid Manager- Architecture & Design 
Sydney CBD
$90-120K

New opportunity for an experienced Bid professional to join a well-respected industry leader. You will be a confident, motivated individual who is happy to take the lead in winning new work for a national business who have gone from strength to strength during the last 12 months due to their healthy pipeline of work and credibility and delivery success within their infrastructure division. This role will be based in the CBD office 3 days a week and from home 2 days.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and take responsible for all bids, expressions of interest from end-to-end
• Writing, creating and collating all information
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to identify new business
• Maintain the content library

Key Skills/Experience required:

• Advanced user of  Adobe CS5
• A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally within Architecture/Design but open to the wider built environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels-in this role you have the unique opportunity to work with everyone in the business
• Self-motivated- this role is standalone so you must be capable and confident to manage your own workloads, prioritise your time and have a great deal of initiative
