CNC Operator Required

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern machining environment with long-term career prospects, stable hours, and ongoing training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC lathes to manufacture high-quality precision components while maintaining quality standards and production targets.

Salary - £16.50 - £19.00 per hour

Hours - MON TO FRI Alternating shifts weekly

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating CNC multi-tasking lathes.
• Producing components from engineering drawings.
• Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections.
• Using measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
• Completing production and quality documentation.
• Deburring, cleaning and inspecting finished components.
• Reporting any machine or quality issues.
• Performing routine machine maintenance checks.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC machining or CNC operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
