About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Stores Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe, organised, and accurate warehouse environment.

MUST HAVE WAREHOUSE OR STORES OPERATIVE EXPERIENCE

Pay - £12.71 per hour 

Working Hours - MON to THUR 08:00-16:30 and FRI 08:00-13:30

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders.
• Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse.
• Carry out stock counts and assist with inventory control.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided where required).
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or stores experience is essential.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Forklift licence is beneficial but not required.
