Salary: AED40000 - AED45000 per month

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Pricing Manager to lead and evolve our pricing strategy across our digital product and AI portfolio. This is a high-impact role where your insights and execution will directly influence revenue, product positioning, and customer adoption. What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies aligned with product positioning and business objectives
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to assess pricing benchmarks and customer willingness to pay
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align pricing models with feature sets, value propositions, and go-to-market plans
  • Analyze performance data and customer feedback to refine pricing decisions and optimize revenue
  • Lead pricing initiatives for new product launches, including pilot pricing, promotional strategies, and bundling
  • Build and maintain financial models for different product tiers, X-aaS offerings, bundles, and subscription plans
  • Forecast the impact of pricing changes on customer demand, revenue growth, and profitability
  • Drive A/B testing and other pricing experiments to validate strategy assumptions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, pricing innovations, and economic drivers impacting digital product pricing

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product management in tech, SaaS, or digital services
  • Deep experience in financial modeling and data-driven decision making
  • Strong command of pricing tools and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, pricing optimization tools)
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in developing pricing strategies that improve product competitiveness, adoption, and profitability
