Salary: EUR65000 - EUR75000 per annum

Within the International Marketing Department as Corporate project manager you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the development of strategic projects assigned, managing available resources and activities to be performed by the members of different departments involved in the project, as well as overseeing compliance of the established deadlines, budget, KPIs, risk management, etc., maintaining inter-departmental information flow and contributing in solutions and organisational improvements and process analyses that will aid the achievement of the strategic objectives.

You will need to engage actively with different internal stakeholders across the business to understand the global launch /project expectations, align market-specific launch assumptions and any need for acceleration. You will need to align, lead, collaborate and influence across functional barriers.

In executing your role, you will also apply your specialist knowledge and skills in project/program management, project planning and methodologies to deliver launch as planned.

  • Identify the areas involved and main milestones for the defined strategic projects
  • Set up and formalisation of the Working Team.
  • Draw up the project plan in close collaboration with members of the Working Team.
  • Evaluate the necessary costs and resources in the different project phases and check they are properly allocated.
  • Follow-up the project KPIs achievement in terms of tasks, timings and costs
  • Housekeeping tasks: arranging meetings, chairing and writing minutes.
  • Creating and maintaining the project’s shared information repository.
  • Ensuring correct flow and dissemination of the project information within the Working Team and the organisation.
  • Risk Management and anticipation of bottlenecks. Analysing alternatives and proposing solutions, in coordination with the Project Leader and the departments involved.
  • Reporting the project’s progress to the relevant key internal stakeholders
  • Providing feedback to the working team members.

In addition to that, you will play a key role in the development of the 5Y Strat Plan, screening out and assessing the feasibility and potential launch times of new business opportunities, coordinating preliminary evaluation of technical support functions, gathering all relevant inputs to drive financial evaluation and building the final overall portfolio roadmap to deliver expected growth of the business.
