Job Title: Office Administrator

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

Location: Hull, HU5

Brook Street is recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a small friendly team. This is a new exciting opportunity for someone with previous administration experience to join our client’s growing company.

Main responsibilities include:

  • General office and administration duties
  • Compiling sales orders and invoices
  • Managing engineers’ equipment calibration spreadsheets
  • Organising calendars (Holidays, meetings etc.)
  • Arranging training and managing training schedules
  • Assisting with stock control / inventory management system
  • Liaising with customers regarding orders and service
  • Dealing with customers over the phone and email, handling queries

Desired Criteria:

  • Previous experience in an Office Admin/ Administrator role
  • Strong communication both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Computer Literate on Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Accounting/CRM/database experience is advantageous
