Job Title: Office Administrator
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

Brook Street is recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a small friendly team. This is a new exciting opportunity for someone with previous administration experience to join our client’s growing company.
Main responsibilities include:
- General office and administration duties
- Compiling sales orders and invoices
- Managing engineers’ equipment calibration spreadsheets
- Organising calendars (Holidays, meetings etc.)
- Arranging training and managing training schedules
- Assisting with stock control / inventory management system
- Liaising with customers regarding orders and service
- Dealing with customers over the phone and email, handling queries
Desired Criteria:
- Previous experience in an Office Admin/ Administrator role
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Computer Literate on Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Accounting/CRM/database experience is advantageous
