A leading provider of cash management solutions for financial institutions and retailers is seeking a talented SaaS Operations Cloud Engineer to join our growing team in Carrollton, TX. About the Role: 

As a SaaS Operations Cloud Engineer, you'll be a vital part of ensuring the reliability and performance of our cutting-edge Enterprise Software (SES) platform. You'll work closely with our Customer Support and Software R&D teams to monitor our application and infrastructure, proactively identify potential issues, and swiftly resolve incidents to minimize any disruption to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and play a key role in delivering exceptional service. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Monitor the SES SaaS platform's performance and events, ensuring optimal uptime. 
  • Analyze events, identify trends, and predict potential service degradations. 
  • Develop and respond to alerts, errors, and incidents, driving swift resolution. 
  • Collaborate with Support and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents effectively. 
  • Track issues to resolution using our ticketing system. 
  • Provide regular incident reports and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for continuous improvement. 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as an Cloud Operations engineer supporting a SaaS platform. 
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). 
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong project and task management abilities. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 

Bonus Points: 

  • Familiarity with ITSM or ITIL best practices. 
  • ITIL certification.
