Responsibilities:
- Set in place and foster the Group Financial Controlling function (60%)
- Define and organize the reporting of investment KPI’s
- Monitor KPI’s to develop insights – act as sparring partner for the holding
- Perform regular controlling activities
- Support the cash management operations (20%)
- Mainly act as back-up of the cash manager
- Execute the debt, trade finance, forex and guarantee transactions
- Run the day-to-day cash management operations, for external and inhouse banks
- Contribute, on ad hoc basis, to transversal Group Finance projects (20%)
- Adapting the financial reporting towards an investment holding philosophy
- Integrating extra Portfolio Companies in the centralized treasury operations setup
- Implementing IFRS
