Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Temporary Receptionist to provide holiday cover for a leading manufacturing client based in Sutton Weaver, Runcorn.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist, Front of House Receptionist, Office Administrator, or Reception Administrator looking for a short-term assignment within a professional office environment.

The assignment starts on 6th August and will last for 7 working days.

Key Duties

• Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly front-of-house service.

• Operate the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate departments.

• Provide general administrative support.

• Manage incoming and outgoing post.

• Assist with basic facilities administration tasks.

• Handle enquiries confidently in person and over the phone, delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role.

• Confident using computer systems.

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional, confident, and engaging manner.

• Own transport is essential due to the location of the office.

What We Offer
