Gi Group are seeking a Team Leader to join our clients’ team based in Gainsborough. Our client is a leader in non-food manufacturing, exporters, and imports, priding themselves on delivering high customer service satisfaction by ensuring that deliveries are on-time and accurate.

Hours – 07.30am- 5pm Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week)
Salary- dependant on experience
Location – Gainsborough
Contract Type- permanent

The successful candidate will have experience in leading a team and it is expected that the candidate will lead from the front at all times – demonstrating enthusiasm, hard work and willingness to all duties required. It is mandatory that a FLT Counterbalance license is held however this role is an active, hand-on position and requires manual handling products between 2kg and 25kg.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate and encourage the team, maintaining team morale.
• Overseeing warehouse operations and deliveries working in line with company values
• Ensure good housekeeping practices are adhered to within the work environment, promoting a safe working regime that complies with legislation and requirements of the customers.
• General warehouse duties – FLT Counterbalance driving, pallet wrapping, loading/unloading containers.
