We have immediate start for a Customer Service Advisor in Northampton
Details
Salary - £12.00 – £12.50ph
Working Hours are – Full time, Monday – Friday 0900 - 1730
Location – Northampton
Duration – Temp to perm
Role of a Customer Service Advisor
• Deal with customers, suppliers, and members of the public
• Booking deliveries
• Manage own generic email
• Process orders
• Support other departments eg: operations, sales etc.
• Deal with customer queries
