My client, a leading technology company are looking for a Unified Collaboration Programme Manager to deliver a next-generation Unified Collaboration (UC) platform for one of their Global Finance clients.
In preparation for an upcoming flagship office move, my client has been asked to design, plan, build, test, deploy, migrate and the solution. It will standardise and integrate UC platforms across EMEA, converging users on to a hybrid integration of Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams.
Skills/Experience (required):
Extensive experience of being a Programme Manager within the Global Financial Services; Current or previous experience managing UC projects or Programmes; Successful track record of delivery, previous experience must include at least two initiatives in the End User space; Excellent stakeholder management with experience working with C-Level management; Commercial awareness and detailed understanding of the contract (SOW) process; Technical understanding of the End User space with specific focus on VDI, demonstrable understanding of change execution as it relates to End User.
Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
Provide Senior oversight and Programme delivery for the Design and migration planning of a strategic UC transformation; Reviewing and uplift existing Programme governance structures and operating processes to ensure objectives are achievable, costs are effectively managed, and benefits are realised; Actively manage risks, dependencies and issues – challenging existing processes and approaches to support Programme success.
