Hours: Full time 42 hours per week Mon- Sat 9am - 5pm Sun -10am- 4pm (alternate weekend working)
Our client is an established retailer who are looking for an experienced Shop Supervisor to join their team.
They are looking for with a positive and pro-active individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
You will be managing
Responsibilities include:
" Managing the daily running of the department
" Motivating staff to achieve agreed company targets and objectives
" Promoting staff ownership and accountability
" Creating a positive and enjoyable working environment
" Ensuring that the department operates within current Health and Safety legislation.
" Ensuring that all customers a receiving an efficient and friendly service.
" Ordering stock
" Cashing up at the end of shift
