I am recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a well-established organisation, leading a small team and driving maintenance performance within a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance planning and ensure equipment reliability across site operations
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure engineering support aligns with wider business needs
• Contribute to ongoing improvements across engineering and operational performance
• Monitor maintenance performance and costs, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Support the introduction and upgrade of equipment where required
• Manage third-party suppliers and contractors, ensuring safe and effective delivery of work
• Ensure all systems and processes remain compliant with relevant regulations and standards

Experience:

• Engineering qualification (electrical or mechanical) or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management capacity within an engineering environment
