about the job
- Conduct talent mapping and market research, to shortlist best fit candidate according to client requirements
- Provide industry and market expertise and consult both clients and candidates
- Facilitate interview process including job brief and feedback session
- Provide advice to both client and candidate during salary negotiation and onboarding
- Meet weekly activities and output targets, contribute to overall team targets by meeting individual sale productivity

skills and experience required
- Degree in Lifescience/ Biomedical / Biotechnology / Chemica
- Min 1 year of industry work experience or recruitment or sales experience
- Passionate and self starter
- Enjoys research and understanding of Lifescience
- Cold-calling and teleprospecting
- Analytical and good presentation skills
