about the role
- Conduct market research on the payment landscape in SEA markets and draw market insights to identify potential opportunities for growth/markets expansion
- With a good understanding of regulatory requirements, you will be expected to deliver innovative payment products to transform the market
- Manage channel partners and customer relationships in product-related engagement
- Translating business requirements into products specifications
- Work with technology development and internal stakeholders to see through the launch of products
- Track product performance and provide feedback that can enhance customer experience

skills and experience required
- Min 5 years of payment products experience or digital wallets in bank or payment firm
- Good understanding of payments channels and technology in SEA markets, and regulatory landscape
- Hands-on experience in payments products and able to bridge between the technology team and business
- Strong analytical and organizational experience to coordinate between internal and external stakeholders
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin are required, as this role will require you to speak with internal and external stakeholders who are based in China and Hong Kong, who only speak and read in their native language
