about the job
- Talent mapping within the Banking and FS industries by building search strings according to the role requirement, and upkeep of relevant candidate database
- Manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates to assess suitability of their experience and culture fit
- Assist in organising interviews and preparing candidate for client interview
- Negotiation of salary packages and address any concern during the recruitment process, ensure candidates smooth onboarding including performing reference check
- Research and read up on banking related news and information to keep abreast of industry insights, including people movement

skills and experience required
- Degree in any disciplined
- Sales , client facing or cold calling experiences preferred (part or full time)
- Self motivated individual with good sportsmanship
- Enjoys learning and interacting with people
- Some banking experience will be added advantage
