Shuttering Carpenter needed for work in Brighton

We are looking for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter for an immediate start on a commercial development project in the Brighton area.

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: £23.00 per hour

• Location: Brighton, East Sussex

• Duration: Ongoing contract 

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Valid Blue CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 Formwork/Carpentry) is essential.

• Experience: Proven track record in shuttering, formwork, and concrete structures.

• Equipment: Must have your own full hand tools and standard PPE (Hard hat, boots, high-vis, gloves, safety glasses).

• Right to Work: Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Constructing, installing, and dismantling temporary timber/system shuttering for concrete walls, columns, and slabs.

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and structural plans accurately.

• Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and strict structural standards.
