Salary: AUD65000 - AUD75000 per annum + pro rata + super

Overview

  • This Client Engagement Specialist role supports and educates FMCG & beverage companies/manufacturers in getting enrolled and adhering to a government scheme
  • By providing an overview of the scheme and it’s benefits, coupled with educating them on their reporting obligations
  • Flexibly working both from home and their office in Rhodes – conveniently located near the station
  • 6 month fixed-term contract (direct with client) – with possible extension opportunities
  • Working full-time hours 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
  • Paying $65-$75k + super (pro rata), with sick leave & annual leave

Your new role

Working in the Operations department you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent client services in order to engage and educate clients across the sustainability scheme
  • Communicate complex compliance requirements and benefits of the scheme to clients
  • Taking client and requests over the phone, email and processing logging engagements into CRM system
  • Assessing customer feedback to identify and address issues with a tailored response
  • Working with other key stakeholders including Government & suppliers
  • Ensuring strong governance and quality service standards, to successfully deliver all key service and project milestones
  • Supporting the Client Services Manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and project tracking.

Criteria

  • Proven experience in providing high-level client services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being adaptable to each client’s situation
  • Ability to show patience, empathy and reliance with clients
  • Ability to de-escalate issues, conflict resolution
  • Strong interpersonal skills working with wide-ranging stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational, administrative & analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRMS)
  • Full AU work rights are required, unfortunately Working Holidays Visas won't be considered
