Location: Loughborough
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Regional Recruitment are working with a well-established client based in Loughborough. We are looking for an organised and focused individual to join our client’s International Sales Department. As a Sales Administrator you will have excellent communication skills and have experience of working to strict deadlines. Sales Administrator Key responsibilities
• Preparing order documentation
• General administration tasks (printing, scanning, etc.)
• Preparing internal and external emails to suppliers and customers
• Daily monitoring of websites and associated portals for procurement updates/opportunities
• Filing and archiving paper based and electronic records
• Inputting KPI data (Quotations, Sales, etc.)
• Taking & distributing meeting notes/minutes
• Booking transport for shipments
• Supporting pending projects
• Reporting & presentation support
• Preparing bar codes and customs clearance instructions
• Checking and double checking internal and external documents
• Supporting internal processes for new customers, suppliers and products
• Reporting and investigating discrepancies that may arise
• Maintaining updates to the ERP system

Skills and experience
• Good IT skills including MS Word and Excel;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
• Focused and organised;
• Ability to multitask;
