Location: Northwich, Cheshire
Hourly rate: £10.00 per hour + Healthcare Cash Plan
Start Date: Immediate starts available
Duration: Temp to perm – long term opportunities
Shifts – 8 till 8, 3 shifts per week, mixture of days, nights and sleep in’s, dependent upon requirement
We are recruiting for Support workers to join a specialist team, supporting individuals within their own homes. The position offers variety and is pivotal in providing support and guidance to individuals looking to regain life skills. Developing strong and trusting relationships with individuals will be instrumental, leading to assisting participation in community life. Our client offers outstanding clinical support, leadership and person-centred training for their support workers.
• Our client is looking for Support workers that have previous experience within Recovery, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Outreach or Forensic work.
• High quality bespoke training and development plans in place to provide the support workers with the knowledge and skills.
• Great communication and team work are key skills to ensuring individuals are supported and have the confidence to deal with situations calmly and supportive.
• Ideally NVQ/QCF 3 qualified or willing to complete the qualification
The position of Support worker requires an enhanced DBS within the last 12 months
