I.T. Support

Location: Loughborough
Pay rate: £9.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Duration: 16 weeks
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Regional Recruitment are working with a well-established client based in Loughborough. This is an exciting and rewarding role working directly with key stakeholders of the business. As I.T. Support you will be a confident communicator and have a genuine interest in I.T.

I.T. Support key responsibilities
IT Desktop Support
Setting up equipment
Operating using a ticket system for IT support
Coordinating equipment starter and leavers
Starter and leaver accounts

I.T. Support skills and experience
• Confidence to communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders via different methods of communication
• Passionate about IT
• Knowledge of PC components and repairing your PC and Devices
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
