A huge entertainment company that was established in 2010 hosting some of the biggest events nationwide is looking to expand their team. Due to company growth they are offering a huge opportunity to come work for them with a senior role of Team Leader! Knowledge and Skills Required
• Must be an enthusiastic worker who thrives in a busy environment
• Must have an excellent telephone manner
• Customer services skills are essential
• Needs to be passionate and driven
• A good knowledge of all Microsoft packages is essential
• Be able to lead a team of around 8 people effectively
• A confident personality is essential
Main Duties
• Leading a small team of administrators
• Booking events across all settings
• Being able to meet strict deadlines
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Liaising with senior roles within the company
• Being organised and forward planning
• Communicating effectively with your team
Other Info
• Quick thinking with sudden last minute changes
• Assisting others in your team
• Being available for training opportunities to develop
• Analyse situations and effectively make quick decisions
• Working 5 days out of 7 including at least 1 weekend out of 4
• Lots of training and development available
• Plenty of progression opportunities
