Salary: £19,500 basic plus commission

Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm finish on Fridays
Overview of the Telesales role
Regional Recruitment Services are looking for experienced Telesales individuals to join an exciting and ambitious Brokerage specialises in reducing energy costs in the B2B market. We want to talk to you if you have a natural ability to communicate and consider yourself a people person.
You will need a passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving results through outbound calling. You will be responsible for capturing key information and creating sales opportunities for the Account Management team to close the sale. Progression into the Account Management role will be open to all that demonstrate the right working principles and the desire to succeed.
Essential Skills – Telesales
• Sales background, ideally with 1 year telesales experience
• Good level of communication both written and spoken
• Motivated and target driven responding positively to set backs and review own performance
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Professional and punctual
