Salary £35,000 - £40,000

Our client, a leading 3PL logistics and supply chain company is looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join their team based in Barton Under Needwood. This a hybrid working role that can be worked remotely and on site. It is a requirement that all successful candidates hold a valid driving licence as some travel is required to different sites.

key accountabilities
• Complete timely weekly/monthly management accounts, ensuring that checks are conducted and the result is agreed with the Finance Business Partner
• Agree with ops and provide to the Business Partner an accurate monthly operating plan with risks and contingencies identified.
• Production of Client KPI’s/reporting and attendance at monthly / quarterly meetings where needed.
• Produce with the operational management on site, annual budgets and forecasts where needed.
• Maintaining control over the balance sheet including monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist the Finance Business Partner with implementation of New Business within their Portfolio.
• Ensuring invoices are raised accurately in a timely manner.

skills and experience
• CIMA or ACCA Qualified
• Management accounting experience in a complex 3PL or Supply Chain business
• Experience in a customer facing finance role
• Expert in Excel – Pivot tables and V LookUps
• Ability to positively influence decisions
