Business Manager - Hinckley
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70,000+)
Benefits: 28 Days Holiday - Working hours: 42.5 hours per week, working on a rota across Monday to Sunday. Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 10:00am–9:00pm, Saturday 10:00am–8:00pm and Sunday 10:00am–6:00pm.
Full UK Driving Licence Required

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager to join a busy and successful dealership in Hinckley.

Working closely with the Sales team, you will support customers through the purchasing journey, helping to secure vehicle sales while maximising finance and add-on product opportunities. This is a high-volume environment with a strong flow of customer appointments, providing excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Executives in closing deals and delivering outstanding customer service
• Present finance and insurance products professionally and compliantly
• Maximise finance penetration and additional product sales
• Handle customer objections and structure suitable finance packages
• Coach and support the wider sales team
• Maintain accurate records and ensure FCA compliance
• Work closely with management to achieve branch targets

About You

• Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Senior Automotive Sales Professional
• Proven ability to present finance products and close deals
• Commercially focused with strong communication skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
