Are you an experienced Training & Improvement professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact?
We are seeking a hands-on Training & Improvement Manager to lead training initiatives, drive continuous improvement, enhance quality standards, and support the development of a high-performing customer service operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training programmes and refresher sessions
• Identify skills gaps and implement targeted development plans
• Analyse customer retention and quality data to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure operational excellence
• Lead continuous improvement projects that enhance performance and profitability
• Produce reports and recommendations based on performance metrics and analysis
• Coach and develop teams to achieve business objectives

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Training, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, or Continuous Improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and coaching abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
